development. We have successfully implemented a product design process
that closely follows the System Development Cycle (SDC) in developing a
product from concept to finish. A typical project cycle includes the
following:
Product
Agreement. This phase sets the framework of the product or
service required, the main objectives of the project,
responsibilities of both parties, project start and delivery date
(project dead line).
Product
Definition. This is a detailed specification for the product
development team created in co-operation with the customer. All
milestones are set and detailed project plan is included into the
definition. The customer follows the fulfillment of the project by
approving those milestones.
Project
Approval. After the product has been successfully built, both
parties test the product functionality and compare it with the
requirements and approve product delivery. Project Closing Report
is generated.
