AMP offers Turnkey manufacturing options that suit your specific needs. Our program can be tailored to begin at any phase of your design and production. Our process can be briefly outlined as follows:

Purchasing: Our large network of distributors and manufacturers ensure component availability and competitive pricing. We also maintain an extensive inventory of commonly used components.

Assembly: AMP provides turnkey Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly from through-hole to fine-pitch surface-mount technologies. From medium to large volume production we perform parts ordering and kitting as well as inspection and in-house testing.

Testing:Functional test programs and burn-in procedures are also performed in-house at AMP. We design specific test procedures to test the functionality of every product we build.
